I have some problem in my right leg. While walking I feel that my right leg is longer than my left leg. And I am not able to walk properly. But when I lie down and try to spot a difference, I can't. Also I feel a huge stress on my right side of waist while walking.

Hi there...the only way the difference can be identified is through measurement. Also sometimes things ligament injury or muscle strain could be unknowingly altering your posture. So even such things will have to be evaluated. So kindly consult a nearby orthopedic for further evaluation.
