If you are getting cramps in thighs and calf muscles please increase water intake and fruit juices as this is due to electrolyte imbalance mostly in senior adults. Also increase protein intake through soyabean, green veggies, pulses, sprouts and non veg. Take warm bath and morning sun bath daily. Medicines like vatagajankush, mahayograj guggulu and vatavidhvans can help. Apply warm bala oil and mahanarayana oil and massage gently. Please let me know the improvements!
