If u are talking about bowing of legs then presence of symmetrical bowing in both legs and absence of symptoms like joint stiffness, indicates a benign(normal) condition with excellent long-term outcome at the age u mentioned like 14 month. If it is asymmetrical as ur notes suggest in that case will need evaluation .
With normal growth, the lower limbs(legs) gradually straighten by 18 to 24 months of age (when the infant begins to stand and walk).
Bowlegs after 2 years of age are considered abnormal. It may be due to persistence of severe physiological bowlegs (the most common etiology), a disease condition, or a growth disorder
Next Steps
please see pediatrician and peds ortho on next vaccination visit .
Not an urgent condition.
