Leg wound healing
I got a severe leg wound due to Bike accident. No fracture but skin got ripped off 1.5 months back My wound has healed almost and black layer is also formed.. However after few days water like liquid comes n little blood comes and I'm back to square one. There is pain when such secretion happens I'm currently using jathyadi ghritam Ghee based ayurveda Medicine and drez powder in tandem. I used Betadine, sophramycin ointments and also used augmentin D n ciplox antibiotic Refer actual wound and current wound pics after applying Ghee based ayurveda cream Plz help me. I need to go abroad in couple of days in assignment which cannot be missed I'm worried

Hi there...I can understand your concern. But if the wounds been like since past one and half months, then other conditions like cutaneous tuberculosis or subcutaneous mycoses, should be ruled out. You need a skin biopsy from the edge of the wound. Also stop experimenting with ayurvedic and allopathic medications. You might need even a pus culture and sensitivity to start on definitive antibiotics. So kindly consult a dermatologist or general surgeon for further evaluation.
