Leg ulcers

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I'm a young diabetic, 17 years old female. I have had leg ulcers of both leg At roughly the same spot for a few months now, I have been to the doctors and am on antibiotics and regular dressing changes but to me it just doesn't seem to be improving, could this be more serious than what to doctors have been saying?
