Leg Swelling, red, hot to touch pain

There is severe pain in right leg just above ankle with redness, hot to touch, swelling. Attaching image Please advice

Looks like cellulitis . If u have fever start with injectable antibiotics and anti inflammatory.Use magsulf ointment and apply crepe bandage over the affected limb.Elevate the limb while u sit.

Please do not neglect this and visit a nearby dermatologist or even a general practitioner as soon as you can, as this could be DVT or Cellulitis both of which need immediate attention.
