I get leg pains in lower part of leg after a long walk or when I am on my legs the whole day. Sometimes I can't sleep because of the constant dull ache. What to do?

This is restless leg syndrome. Take pain killer , wear stockings while walking and take electrol solution to replace water and salt . Try having warm water every time instead of cold water
