Leg pain struggle to walk and vomiting

Asked for Male, 28 Years

3 days before my son suffering from fever and I go to clinic and doctor prescribe medicine after that fever gone but yesterday he is after wake up complain about sevier leg pains and he is struggle to walk whole day no fever and one vomiting. These are his report what should I do. But evening is is walking properly. Weight 17 kg age 4 and half
