Leg pain on top portion and at feet

My child 7 yr old frequently complaints leg pain, below knee on top of leg and at portion of foot. Pain is unbearable many times. What is remedy?

This is normal muscular pain,called growing up pains. Just massage and do fomenting. If severe,painkiller can be given,but try to avoid medicine.
