This week Monday and Tuesday I had workout for chest , triceps , biceps and back Wednesday I didn't had the mood for gym and I was all well and from Thursday my left leg is paining like a hell from thigh to knee in the front and below knee on the back, one day I had a fever too but now fever is not there but paining a lot I have done some leg pain relief exercise also but it's still paining . I haven't met with any injury please suggest a medicine and can I do my upper body work out , can I go for swimming, shall I get leg massage please advice
