Leg Pain and Swelling
Hi ,
My Sister has got leg pain along with swelling . When we consulted nearby Dr , they checked her blood reports and all are normal and it could be Arthritis ( Vatham Fluid) .
What could be the treatment further and this can be cured? Any food habits are need to be changed ? Please advise ..

Need to ascertain whether it is knee joint pain or leg pain(normally leg is below the knee joint and thigh is above the knee joint). Leg and calf pain with swelling in ladies particularly on Oral contraceptive pills should be checked for clots in calf by Ultrasound Doppler called Deep venous thrombosis. If it is knee joint pain proper yes can be arthritis. Arthritis particularly does not get affected by food habits but the speed of development of Arthritis can be slowed down by altering your lifestyle and physical activities.
