Leg feet swollen and aches.
My father, age 62 He is under medicine of Blood pressure and thyroid and well controlled. One month ago his Fbs, ppbs, creatinine test was check and all was within normal limit. But recently, when he sitting at a time of more than 2/3 hours his leg foot was swollen and aches when pressing. But when he walking there was no swollen in leg. No other symptom is there. So what is the main reason?

If he is using amlodipine for blood pressure then stop taking amlodipine. And use other anti hypertensive drug .
