Leg cramps (right calf)
I used to drink water only 3 to 4 glasses a day from long time which i thought wasn't enough so i increased it to 8 to 10 glasses from last month, I suddenly got leg cramp (right calf) last night, which i had not gotten since at least 2 years. I did not excercise or do anything that would put my calf to any strain. I always thought dehydration caused cramps. So this did surprise me. What could be the reason? P.s I did drink less water (5 glasses ) on the day I got cramp. Can reducing water on just 1 day cause cramp?

Get yourself tested for vit b12 , vit d3 and thyroid levels. Electrolyte deficiency can also cause cramps. Take coconut water and banana
