First of all your symptoms suggest that you are having dry eye problems. Which is a little common after cataract surgery at your age. Secondly you have not mentioned that whether you have any joint problems or not. If you have joint problems then first you see a rheumatologist and start medicines as per his advice. Meanwhile you can use fusion eye drops as and when required. And also keep your eyes protected with glasses while driving.
