Hi my 1 year lod son has excess was on left year, since yesterday night he is crying with pain ,when we touch the ear.kindly advise a treatment

As per your description he might have developed acute otitis externa..don't try to remove wax ..it may aggravate the condition.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
