Left upper back, left armpit pain
Hello doctor. My age is 24. I'm software employee. 25days back I slept through out night on left side. Next day morning I had pain at left upper back side and left shoulder pain. Again now I'm feeling pain lightly in same areas. Sometimes while I'm moving left hand getting left chest pain lightly. Is it because of spine weakness ? Is it causing due to my work atmosphere (Work From Home) using laptop and sitting postures? Can it be cured with yogas and good diet? It is because of any vitamin deficiency? Please give me a solution. please suggest me diet also!

With the given history it is definitely either because of your sleeping posture or sitting posture. Yoga and stretching exercises will help. Regular balance diet is a must.
