Left the medicine of hypothroidism

I m suffering from hypothyroidism and left the medicine from approx 1 year and now i take a test of thyroid profile after about 2 years now the value of tsh is 26 taking the thyronorm 150 now want to start the treatment again from where should i start the treatment plz guide
