  4. Left testis pain. Doctor to consult?

Left testis pain
I have testis pain since 1.5yrs but what was threaded earlier later mild pain persists . I started ignoring and living with that . But from past 2-3 days pain in left testis increased and pain is like pinching something inside left testis sometime . Can anyone pls tell the which type of disease it is ? And which doctor to consult ?

Please do usg scrotum with Doppler study. Consult a urologist
