Left Testicles pain. After a day!

Intially it started with lower left abdomen pain and upper penis pain doctor told it might be due to ulcer problem.then i got left side testicle pain as well ,To sort out this we did normal USG scan followed by CT scan and results are no kidney stone and prostate is normal in size.on further proceedings doctor found im having mild ulcerative colitis and doctor provided tablets for that and some probiotics to strengthen the lining of intestine and told not worry much of testicle pain asked me wear tight underwear and don't stand much. I feel slightly better now but sometimes pain in testicle worse and becomes mild and i feel always there is a constant mild pressure on left testicles.its been more thaan 3 months but still not resolved..Will it be a serious issue.Frequency of urination normal and no pain during urination.few days back i noticed few red wound like spots on penile head but disappeared after a day
