Left testicle varicocele and phimosis
I have left testicle varicocele, it's visible when standing or after doing strenuous activity like running etc. it looks like bag of worms . it's not painful but causes a dull pulling sensation downward if i stand for too long. Also i have phimosis with frenulum breve which is making it difficult to retract the foreskin.
I am attaching pictures of the left varicocele.
what should be the treatment for the above conditions ?
