Left testicle pain n bilateral hydrocele

I am having left testicle pain since last 1month. My testicle ultrasound shows 1) cyst of 3*4mm In the head of Epidymal 2)Bilateral minimal hydrocele. My urologist only gave me pain killers.plz help even after 40 days pain is there
