Left testicle not growing
Hello, When i became 8 Years old, i came to know that one of my testicle (Left one) is not growing, it was very small with no growth, the other one is fine in size.
The problem now is that sometimes the left testicle grows very huge like 4x of right testicle for like a hour or two and it hurts, And after some hours it comes back to its original size (very small). I ignored it for years but now yesterday it grew again and its been a day it has grown 4x in size and its hurting and not comig back to its original size, I am really confused what should i do? I am an introvert and extremely shy person, so its really hard to tell anything to my parents. I hope i get an answer soon.
