Left testicle, feels like worm in Scrotum
I'm experiencing mild pain in my left testicle. There seems to be a small Bulge above my left testicle which has led to my left testicle hanging a bit lower than right testicle. When I'm clear and done with my nature calls, it's in place. But sometimes it hangs a bit down, and causes friction with thighs while walking, while sleeping. Sometime there is a sort of movment in my scrotum. I have started experiencing pain in my left testicle, if I  sleep on side or if I sleep face down. I have to use a small pillow between my thighs to avoid weight of left leg on my left testicle. I still get good erection. My concern is that could I have Varicocele, hernia, testicular cancer, or something else. What specialist should I consult. I'm also experiencing bit of back pain and pain in my left leg due to this. Any guidance will help.. Thanks
