Left temporal region compression
My left temporal region was compressed by tight glasses which I wore for around 2 months. I feel tightness in Temple region, my left eye is tensed and feel pain behind the eye. I'm facing lack of concentration, mild photophobia. I have visited many doctors, tried many alternative therapies. What kind of treatment would be best to relieve tension in Temple region? What kind of treatment a good neurologist suggest in such case? I'm attaching a photo with glasses that caused the problem. Check left side above ears temple region.
