Hai,
Pain on chewing is mainly indicative of a deacyed tooth which has an active infection, it can also be due to a half errupted tooth. But your X ray report is showing that left lower wisdom tooth is filled. So in that case it can be due to further decay of that tooth. There is also a deacy in the upper tooth on the same
side, it can be also because of that.please share your opg xray image for further assessment to find which is the causative tooth.

Try to maintain good oral hygiene , as u have chronic generalized periodontitis also
Hi
Your opg report doesn't show any issue with your wisdom tooth. But it does show that there's caries in upper first premolar so it might need restoration or root canal treatment. And also you have rct and crown done on lower second molar on left side so there might be some issue with that tooth as well.
So it's better to share your opg xray so that you could get a more specific answer.
