Hi The swelling of tongue is a sign of an allergic reaction to some agent. The swelling may progress in size and lead to breathing difficulty. Please visit a Emergency room as soon as possible for further evaluation and management of the swollen tongue. In case of further doubts, please feel free to write back to me.
