Kindly consult a dermatologist or a general physician unnecessary medications will cause more harm than benefit, blisters could be due to allergy but it also can be due to viral infections in which case antibiotics, Allegra are not at all helpful in fact they may cause unnecessary antibiotic resistance in the future.
