Left side Kidney stone 4mm in mid pole
Hi sir ...I have taken meat and bones of motton in take heavily in a period of one month due to I recently selected as CISF SI..to build strong bones .as a result I got stones...My training start within a month...I have a doubt more swett in training that may be caused big stones...what must I take food in training... please explain in detail sir

Very small stone in kidney may not hinder in the treatment unless causing pain.take adequate water at regular intervals.mixture of potassium magnesium citrate(uriliser) helps in treatment of small stones.dose is 15 ml mixed with glass of water thrice daily
