Yup it is subject of concern because ur age is nly 32...and i will advise u to take both medicines and in few days i m sure that we will decrease the dose of allopathy medicines after monitoring ur BP....allopathy medicine will control ur BP but at these age u have to think about your internal organs also because these mwdicines have side effects on other organs....

1.Prabhakar vati 2 tab twice a day by chewing.2. Laxmivilas ras 2 tab twicw a day by chewing.. 3. Nagardi churna + jatamnasi + parwala...nagardi and jatamansi take 5 tsp and pravala 1 tsp mix all and take half tsp twice a day... 4. Avippatikar churnan1 tsp twice a day.. 5. koshtha + kachora + kiratikta + ajmoda + pippali+ haritki all 5 gm mix all and take half tsp twice a day.. 6. Arjuna + patola + nimba + triphala + musta + vatsaka + manukka...take Arjuna 20 gm rest all 5 gm mix all and take 1 tsp twice a day.. 7. Swyambhu vyakhya 2 tab twice a day...

Health Tips

Avoid green pepper,black pepper,paneer and food which is cooked one day before... Take khichdi and light food to eat.. avoid junk food,fried food... avoid if u have any addiction drink luke warm water...avoid overeating... Drink water only when u have thirst aviod overdrinking of water... take saltfree diet... Take lemon water with 1 tsp of honey in it... Take green tea... 40 min of brisk walking is necessary.. Complete sleep of 7 to 8 hrs...sleep early at night... pranayama for 7to 10 mins in a whole day...
