Pain in neck veins and headache
I was doing abs exercises and i unconciously wasn't breathing during the exercises. The veins in my neck hurts and i have a headache in the right side of my head. It has been 6 hours. How would i know if the veins were damaged or ruptered?

It’s quite unlikely that the veins would have ruptured. Start with topical medications like volini or TRP gel for the pain in your neck if it doesn’t subside then oral medications or muscle relaxants can be initiated.
