Left side chest pain,Esr 25, Vit D3-3.75
Esr is 25 , pain in left side of chest, vitamin d3 level is 3.75. Got ctscan of lungs everthing is normal. Will chest pain in left side go away with vitamin d3 meds or should refer to cardiologist?

The chest pain is not related to lung for sure. Vit d supplements irrespective please continue.

Pl continue D3 supplement. Tab. Flugesic-P one tab twice daily and locally Voveran gel may be taken till you consult pulmonologist/ Cardiologist.

May be Myalgia. Pl use the drugs, and muscle relaxant.However consult once ,the cardiologist,and Pulmonologist.
