Left side Breast pain
Hi madam, Im 26yr old female,lactating mother. Today since 5pm Iam developed pain over left breast.. While touching the breast develop pain, and lifting breast felt heaviness.... What can i do to relieve pain...please kindly do the needful... I'm trying hot water application but pain not settled...

U can take paracetmol 500mg twice a day for  one day  for pain relief ..if it does not subside consult near by gynecologist for examination
