This problem is very typical of one sided imbalance of the muscles that is being created probably at the foot or the hip. When one foot goes into pronation (goes flat while standing or walking) the entire body mechanics change.. there is pressure on the knee, on the hip, going up on the lower back, shoulder, neck, and even the hands..it gets aggravated coz you have a static position for a long time while working. There is some imbalance that needs to be corrected. You need to visit a very good physiotherapist/podiatrist to correct this movement pattern dysfunction. It’s nothing major but you need to find a good physiotherapist to find the right spot.
