Experiencing pain in the left shoulder and a burning sensation in the arm. Should I see a cardiologist / oncologist or a general physician ?

Show to a cardiologist any chest discomfort with or Lt.arm pain should be shown to cardiologist after age of 35yr or 40 yr.may be stress echo needed
