Left shoulder joint pain and (Cracking & popping sound) while rotating. Doctor asked to stop work out. Are there any meds for the pain. Since workout pause body is going through weak spells along with severe depression. Any suggestions pls as family doctor has written on the prescription that No workout further. Regards
