Left Scrotum pain

Left Scrotum pain

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Since last two month left scrotum pain. All reports normal, blood, urine, semen, ucg stomach and scrotum also normal. MRI for nerve and spine normal. Scrotum pain also move to left buttock. Please advise for quick relief.

Do semen culture as well if not done. If that was done and was normal then you need to be treated in line if orchalgia —neurogenic pain.
