  4. Left pubis & left pelvic pain. Reason?

Left pubis & left  pelvic pain
Feeling light pain in left pelvic & pubis area. Pelvis pain from last month( coming going).Before 2 weeks had uti also.Tvs and ct urogram done before 6 months. What is the pain reason? Have vit d deficiency also.taking suppliments.Pl guide .
