Left nose bleeding
My sun left nose bleeding sometimes as specially when he insert finger in nose while hitching please advise

Nose picking should be avoided. If after that he still has bleeding, its because if some
other cause and should be investigated. In that case you need to see an ENT surgeon.

He may have injured his nasal septum because of nose picking which can cause recurrent hearing loss. You need to tell him to stop nose picking and apply antibiotic ointment like neosporin for few days so that injured area heals
