Left knee ligament tear
I met an accident one year before and now find some problems after taking MRI as below, 1. chronic partial ACL tear. 2.Strain at the PCL at the femoral end. please suggest me, if i need a surgery or not?

Meet your orthopedic surgeon and discuss the same. Even if you go for surgery, physiotherapy before and after the surgery shall help you recover much faster.
