Sir my left knee was injured during a football match 8 month ago and due to which i was unable to run and walk smoothly sir please give me some advice..

Meniscus and ligaments are common injuries in footballers due to pivots and twists during kicks.these gives gradually increasing problem while having turning and repeated loading activities. What you need a good clinical examination. And sos any scan.if not addressed it will lead to increasing cartilage damage and instability..regards dr pankaj agrawal shoulder knee and joints surgeon Ahmedabad.
