Left kidney pain

Asked for Female, 43 Years

I've kidney area painful on the left side and go to my back. I have to push it with my hand and it pass after 2minutes. But I keep coming back every 2-3 hours. I'm getting tired easily and sometime numbs on my left hand especially.
