Do you have any problem like.....
-food lodgement in between the teeth /
-swelling over the gums in any of the tooth?/
-Do you experience difficulty in chewing

May be any decayed tooth in relation to your premolars or any infection.if back tooth area is paining, it may be due to ypur wisdom tooth.so better to start woth your antibiotic prophylaxis and contact again after 3 days for the review
