Dear Mr Shukla, your doctor has biopsied a lymph node in the inguinal region. The Pathologist has reported a metastatic carcinoma which I am sure you have looked up on the internet for cancer. Having said so the data provided by you is very difficult to suggest any specific kind of disease. His other symptoms are required to assess what he has. Please continue follow up with the surgeon who has sent this node for biopsy. Best of luck.
