Left heart beat

Hello sir When i place a coin in lift side of my chest... The coin is very little thumping on left side... Is it normal...othervise..and when i try to feel my heartbeat by hand i can't feel it..to if it's pounding... I also have Anxiety... Thanks..

During Anxiety event , our heart beats faster than usual and one may even feel pounding on chest as well. Lifting of coin by keep on left of chest is normal, because our heart is left side. But sometimes if the lifting very high and simultaneously you are having feeling of palpitation, then you should visit to a cardiologist to get your echo done
