Respected sir . I am sivakumar 28 years old .my left hand radius bone broken for before 35 days ago. After naturally joining the bone but uneven jointed. So my question is surgery need or not need pls reply to me sir.my yesterday hand xray copy  attached . Thankyou ...

Needs a reduction and fracture fixation. Immediate management will be a half plaster above elbow
