  4. Left hand pain with chest pain.

Left hand pain with chest pain
I have left arm pain above half hand to the chest since last one year. I have gone through ecg and all other test everything is normal. I think this is some issue with vein? Any suggestions?

Since all tests are normal and it's since 1 year. It's not due to heart. N if u r a smoker better quit.
