This in all probability is pressure pain due to your awkward postures while sitting and lying down. The knee pain is also due to sitting cross legged with the left leg which puts pressure on your groin and testis.
R u into taking of protien supplement or any other supplement.
As u suggested pain in knee and thigh it can be reffered pain from either hip joint or your lower back
As pain is in groin region suggest hip joint pathology which can be ruled out on XRAY AND MRI ( IF REQUIRED)
AND IF ITS COMING FROM LOWER BACK THEN YOUR LEG RASING TEST SHOULD BE POSITIVE ( WE CALL IT SLR) ITS CLINICAL TEST.
FOR ALL THIS U NEED TO VISIT A DOCTOR IN HIS OPD FOR CLINICAL EXAMINATION AND THEN GET XRAYS WHICH IS REQUIRED
