Left Groin burning pain

Hi, I am having this left Groin pain that goes up when I touch and it is somehow kind of burning pain. Also, I am having pain in my left lower back around a spot which again intensifies when touch. Recently, I have also noticed that during ejaculation mostly I have very less output or no output. Kindly assist
