Left frontal AVM with a chronic bleed
MRI Brain results: Left frontal deep while matter adjacent to and inferior to the left frontal horn shows a nodular focus of 7x5 mm, appearing hyperintense on T1, T2, FLAIR and hypointense on GRE. Peripheral hypointense rim may be secondary to hemosiderin. No restricted diffusion. Complementary CT shows hyperdense rim No associated edema, gilosis or mass effect. Rest of the brain parenchyma is normal; posterior fossa, brain stem is unremarkable.
