Left ear crackling while talking and while yawning also i feel both the ear crackles little bit and while eating right side of my jaw clicks when i open my mouth wide for a bite

Sounds like a TMJ problem. It might be due to clenching too hard without you noticing. This leads to muscle stress and eventually the joint starts clicking. Contact a dentist and it will be alright..
